Ideal location on outskirts of resort. We had a mixed age group with different interests, this property was central to the beach and golf course. Reasonable rates for cycle hire and lots of safe secure routes. Only downside was it was on a busy road, but that could be for any property in the area. Emile was very nice and helpful. High standard of cleanliness.

Very warm welcome from the owners, we appreciated the welcome gesture (cannelé La Tour Cuivrée, which I recommend, we bought some on our way back) and this wine... Very well equipped, functional accommodation, facing the lake, bike path, very quiet... Perfect.. Recommended, thank you Mrs Mr B.

The house was exactly as advertised. Laurent, the owner, is very welcoming and he will tell you where you can go depending on what you want to do, he is very available, always at your service and does everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Soulac is very pleasant but beware, everything closes at 11 p.m.
La maison était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Laurent, le propriétaire, est très accueillant et il vous dira où vous pouvez aller selon ce que vous souhaitez faire, il est très disponible, toujours à votre écoute et fait tout pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable. Soulac est très agréable mais attention, tout ferme à 23 heures.

Perfect rental for a couple with young children (feet in the water, playground in front of the accommodation, restaurants close by).
In addition, the latter is well located for visiting the western part of the Gironde (Bordeaux, Soulac-sur-Mer, Arcachon, Ferret...).
As for the accommodation itself, it is particularly well equipped.
In short, highly recommended.
Location parfaite pour un couple avec de jeunes enfant (les pieds dans l’eau, air de jeux face au logement, restaurants à deux pas).
De plus, ce dernier est bien situé pour visiter la partie ouest de la Gironde (Bordeaux, Soulac-sur-Mer, Arcachon, le Ferret ... ).
Quant au logement en lui-même, il est particulièrement bien équipé.
Bref, fortement recommandé.

We booked this 10-day rental at the beginning of July and had a great stay at SOULAC in this recently renovated and well-equipped apartment, with a much appreciated terrace. Close to all shops, beach, cycle path (you can do everything on foot) and quiet. And best of all, we had 2 bikes available .... We also appreciated the kindness of Florence. I recommend this location without hesitation.
Nous avons réservé cette location 10 jours début juillet et nous avons passé un super séjour à SOULAC dans cet appartement récemment refait et bien équipé, avec une terrasse très appréciée.
Proche de tous les commerces, plage, piste cyclable (on peut tout faire à pied) et au calme. Et cerise sur le gâteau, nous avions 2 vélos à disposition....
Nous avons également apprécié la gentillesse de Florence.
Je conseille sans hésitation cette location.

The communication with the landlady was very pleasant and uncomplicated. The location of the house is very central and perfect for cycling through the pine forest, the beaches and the numerous surf schools. A car can be parked on the property. The house is spacious and nicely decorated and in particular the kitchen is very well equipped.
We spent two pleasant weeks there and recommend the house.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral und perfekt für Fahrradtouren durch den Pinienwald, die Strände und die zahlreichen Surfschulen. Ein PKW kann auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Das Haus ist geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet und insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Wir haben zwei angenehme Ferienwochen dort verbracht und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Hello, we are a couple with 2 small children and we stayed 2 weeks in this accommodation. It is consistent with the description and photos. The view from the terrace is just fabulous !!! Shops and restaurants nearby. Superb park "the children's island as well as beach also nearby.No need to take the car.Also, lots of water activities on the lake for young and old.Very very nice and relaxing holiday.Thank you for the home owners.
Bonjour, nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants en bas âge et nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce logement. Il est conforme à la description et aux photos. La vue depuis la terrasse est juste fabuleuse !!! Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Superbe parc "l'île aux enfants ainsi que plage également tout proche. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. De plus, beaucoup d'activités nautiques sur le lac pour petits et grands. Vacances très très agréable et reposante. Merci pour l'accueil des propriétaires.
Nice apartment and well equipped. Great view of the lake and very large terrace where we took all our meals. A slight caveat with the "Tyrolienne " for water ski workouts that makes some noise and works much of the day. I recommend this rental.
Appartement agréable et bien équipé. Vue géniale sur le lac et terrasse très grande où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Un léger bémol avec la "tyrolienne" pour les entraînements de ski nautique qui fait un peu de bruit et fonctionne une grande partie de la journée. Je recommande cette location.
