Small shopping center very close with all possible amenities.
Appliances in very good condition.
5 minutes by car from the old town, otherwise you can walk along the promenade along the Thiou.

Rental pleasant, calm and consistent with my expectations.

The set is clean and consistent
The sofa bed is of good quality sleeping, but not easy to fold and unfold if we want to do it every day, tired pretending mechanism
A slight noise is heard from time to time, at night, in the bathroom. Unidentified origin (perhaps aerator or water exchanger solar panels?)
Access to the old Annecy in 10 minutes on foot through a shaded path along a river.
Welcoming, friendly owners and concerned vacationers comfort.
Private terrace without vis-à-vis.
No nuisance, quiet neighborhood.

Just a small correction on the estimated time to rally off the very center of Annecy which is 800m or Old Town at 1 200m ... We estimate the travel time closer to 15 minutes.
