Wonderful attic exposed to the sun with terrace looking right across the Dolomites
Comfortable and cozy attic apartment located in the Biois Valley-Passo San Pellegrino, close to mount Marmolada and 10 minutes from the Falcade ski resort. The attic sleeps 5 people (3 in the main bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room). There is also room for one more person if necessary. The flat faces south and is flooded by sunlight most of the day. The wonderful terrace facing the mountains ahead will allow you to enjoy the warm mountain sun from a privileged position, offering a stunning view. Comforts: washing machine, TV, private parking lot, garden, local store 50m away. The location is ideal for those who like hiking and you will enjoy the short walk to the small ancient church of San Simon which is just 15 minutes away- walking distance. Right behind the house there is a park with a playground for children. Furthermore, the house is far from the main road so you will not be disturbed by any noise or traffic. Structure of the flat: spacious living room with a wonderful marble covered kitchen, sofa bed, armchairs, a desk and a TV. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed along with a big wardrobe. The bathroom has a window facing north, shower/bath and a washing machine.Heating is provided by a typical wood-fueled stove built of refractory bricks as shown in the pictures. Every room is equipped with an electric radiator .

Different possibilities depending on the means of transport.By plane, suggested airports: Venice and Treviso, Milan could be an alternative solution.By train, go to Belluno. From there you can take a local bus. By car, if coming from Padova/ Venice/ Treviso, take the motorway to Belluno then the Statale Agordina, follow the signs to Falcade. After approximately 2 kmn turn right. From Milan/Trento get on the Brennero highway and exit at Ora, follow the signs to San Pellegrino and drive across.
