It is a one-storey "Mas Provençal" situated in the CENTER of SAINTE MAXIME, 500 meters far from the beach, in a small quiet closed housing estate inhabited all year round, ideal for "rest and decompression".
You can park your car in front of the entrance to the house and do everything on foot (8 min from the beach, 5/8 min from the city center, 2 min from the shopping mall).
The 75 m² mas on one side adjoins a 20m² terrace and a 46m² enclosed garden facing south for the exclusive use of the tenant.
The house does not have access for people with reduced mobility.

It feels "like at home ". Very well equipped, nothing is missing. Close to shops, everything is done on foot, it's ideal.
Close to the city center and the sea but no noise, very quiet and secure residence.
A very pleasant and sunny courtyard.
A charming owner who cares about the well-being of her tenants and a very welcoming real estate agent (Mr P) even late at night.
We have found our piece of paradise for the next vacation.

We were very pleased with your holiday home. Everything was fine and as stated in the advertisement. A beautiful home with everything you need for a great holiday. It was very quiet and yet close to the center, the shops and the beach. With the Carrefour behind the corner. We enjoyed the garden! You can hear traffic from the nearby busy street, but it did not bother me because there was no environmental noise.
The house was in its entirety very clean and practical. In addition, the refrigerator and the washing machine were delivered correctly!
We are very happy and we definitely recommend the holiday home. Should we decide to return to Sainte Maxime so we will definitely choose again for your home!
