Exceptional property, well equipped for self catering and ideal for a family, only steps away from an amazing bakery, equipment hire, grocery store and importantly easy access to the slopes, with the added bonus of a free parking space if you're driving...we'll definitely be back!!
We spent a lovely week in Montgenevre with friends skiing. Four of us stayed in this apartment. It was even better than described and was very well equipped. The owner met us on arrival and was so welcoming and helpful. He even left us a fruit tart and box of chocolates, so kind. The location of the apartment was brilliant. Slopes were only about 50-70 metres away , supermarket was next door and plenty of restaurants nearby. Perfect! Would definitely recommend.
Great location and lovely well equipped property. As a family of 5 the 3 bedrooms were a real bonus and as we stayed over the New Year week the balcony offered the best views for the fireworks. The owner was helpful but not intrusive and if we go back to Montgenevre I am sure we would return to this property.
We spent a great week in Montgenevre. A great resort for all abilities. The apartment was large and comfortable for our party of 3 adults and 3 children. It was fantastic to look out directly onto the sunny nursery slopes and mountains and a pleasure to have a very short walk to ski school. Carina was very easy to contact prior to our stay. We are looking forward to returning again.
A pleasant spartan studio with what you need for a week of ski holidays. Super close to ski lifts. Ski equipment lockers on premises. Depending on your internet equipment, if the owner's WiFi doesn't work, you may need to purchase a local WiFI service, which is about 30 eur/ week, not bad.
Fabulous location very close to all amenities and ski school.
The owners were lovely and very accommodating.

Lovely location and everyone very helpful. Very suitable for large groups and families. Close to the summer amenities and an excellent location for walking, climbing, biking or running.
Very well equipped apartment. Nice view, closed to the slopes. We were very satisfied and for the next year we have a plane to come again.

Montgenèvre is really a beautiful place for both winter and summer, we were very well located, the accommodation was very good, a lot of snow still which will eventually melt but the availability and kindness of our owner will remain. Montgenèvre est vraiment un bel endroit pour l'hiver comme pour l'été, nous étions très bien situés, le logement était très bien, beaucoup de neige encore qui finira par fondre mais la disponibilité et la gentillesse de notre propriétaire resteront. A spacious chalet where everyone can rest peacefully. Sheltered from all noise. The car is parked the entire time thanks to free parking provided by the owner. Everything is done on foot to reach the slopes 5 minutes away, do your shopping or take a walk. Mrs. A. is incredibly kind and always reachable. We have adored.

La voiture est garée pendant tout le temps grâce à des parkings gratuits mis à disposition par le propriétaire.
Tout se fait à pieds pour rejoindre les pistes à 5mn, faire ses courses ou se promener.

Studio very well located. Close to shops and all activities, as it is easy to get around by the station's shuttles. A very pleasant and functional studio, clean for a week of 4? quiet residence. I highly recommend for a stay in Vars. The view from the balcony overlooks the peaks which provides a change of scenery from our daily lives?

Studio très bien situé. Proche des commerces et de l’ensemble des activités, car faciliter par les navettes de la station pour les déplacements.
Un studio très agréable et fonctionnel, propre pour une semaine à 4… résidence calme.
Je recommande vivement pour passer un séjour à Vars. La vue du balcon donne sur les sommets qui dépayse notre quotidien…

Cozy, well-refurbished accommodation with a superb view. The parking space in the basement of the residence is really a plus. The residence is well located, near the Vars swimming pool, 10 minutes walk from the tourist office. The Point Show bus stop is located 2 minutes walk below. The bedding is comfortable. We felt at home there. Communication with the owner was smooth. Serious and friendly person. I highly recommend !
Logement cosy, bien réaménagé avec une vue superbe. La place de parking en sous-sol de la résidence est vraiment un plus. La résidence est bien située, près de la piscine de Vars, à 10mn à pied de l’office de tourisme. L’arrêt de bus point show est situé à 2mn à pied en contrebas. La literie est confortable. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous.
La communication avec la propriétaire était fluide. Personne sérieuse et sympathique. Je recommande vivement !
Very well located rental. Easy access to slopes and ski lifts. The apartment is spacious and pleasant. The view of the resort and the surrounding mountain is magnificent. Parking is a big plus. If we return to the resort we will not hesitate to take this rental again.
