We stayed in this apartment for 10 days. Francis is a super nice person and above all very helpful, he is always ready to answer you and clarify any doubts. The apartment is in a very quiet area and above all it has all the means to move to every place in the city. Although it does not have windows, there is an air conditioner to keep you cool in summer and it has everything you need to live there (pans, table, chairs, coffee maker...). I highly recommend this apartment, I was very happy to host it.
The property is very clean and organised. The pool was great and clean. Close to Lisbon and the branches with Uber are 5-10 minutes drive against minimum costs. The owners were very nice, available and very customer friendly. I dearly recommend this property to families. I can assure you will have a great time!!!
We had a wonderful stay! The flat is brilliant and excellent value. Great location, just a short walk from Pombal and Saldanha and a 2-3 minute walk from Picoas metro station, but the flat is really nice and quiet. Kitchen area is compact but had what we needed. Great views over the rooftops. Adelina was the perfect host, very thoughtful, kind and helpful. The flat has a great little library and Adelina had left lots and lots of travel books and leaflets, which were really useful. We are already looking forward to returning!
We were 10 people that rented Villa Jaune in October 2014. The house absolutely did the job, a great kitchen with all necessary facilities, a living room with plenty of space for everybody to eat, great sleeping rooms and bathrooms. The pool was maybe not the biggest one but it worked alright and the outside garden kitchen was the obvious place every night to end up the day. All of us were equally pleased with the week and with the house and can warmly recommend this property
Apartment very well located, close to shops and transport. Well equipped, nothing is missing, and spacious. The neighborhood is lively and lively but the building is very quiet. Communication with the owner was very smooth. I will come back with pleasure and will not hesitate to recommend it

The top level. From the reception until our departure, we were very satisfied. The apartment is ideally placed for walking around Barcelona, with a metro line nearby. It also conforms to the photos, with more than satisfactory equipment. Francis was very available despite the delay on the initially planned schedule and provided good advice. It is certain that if we were to return to Barcelona, I know where we would stay. All my regards to Francis.
Le top niveau. De l'accueil jusqu'à notre départ, nous avons été très satisfait. L'appartement est idéalement placé pour se promener dans Barcelone, avec une ligne de métro à proximité. Il est également conforme aux photos , avec un équipement plus que satisfaisant. Francis s'est montré très disponible malgré le retard sur l'horaire initialement prévu et de bon conseil. Il est sûr que si nous devions revenir à Barcelone, je sais où nous irions nous loger. Toutes mes amitiés à Francis.
Very nice apartment, pleasant exchanges to organize everything, I recommend with my eyes closed. Besides, I will probably rent again myself the next time I need an apartment in Paris.

Very cozy and warm apartment, perfectly equipped, quiet from street noise, extremely well served: bus and metro take you to tourist areas in 20 minutes, direct bus to Belem. A big thank you to Adelina for the quality of her welcome, her kindness, her availability, her good advice and her availability (very late arrival for us and departure at 4 a.m.) Rental to recommend 200%!
Appartement très cosy et chaleureux, parfaitement équipé, au calme des bruits de la rue, extrêmement bien desservi : bus et métro vous conduisent dans les zones touristiques en 20 minutes, bus direct pour Belem.

Our stay went extremely well. We were very well received, tastefully advised on things to do and see. Adelina left us all the instructions so that we could be independent. Notre séjour s'est extrêmement bien passé. Nous avons été très bien accueilli·e·s, conseillé·e·s avec goût sur les choses à faire et voir. Adelina nous a laissé toutes les indications pour que nous puissions être autonomes. L'appartement est chaleureux, bien agencé, le quartier permet d'atteindre à pied beaucoup d'endroits magnifiques de la ville. Small house, but with everything you need. Very useful and comfortable air conditioning system. Many taken which is not to be taken for granted and above all the owner was very welcoming, precise and helpful. Negative notes: no windows (except for one that is barely usable), very thin walls and glass door separating the bedroom and bathroom which doesn't give much privacy. Located in a fairly quiet neighborhood (be careful at night, like all cities). Advise !!!
Casa piccola, ma con tutto il necessario. Sistema di climatizzazione molto utile e comodo. Molte prese cosa non scontata e soprattutto proprietario molto accogliente, preciso e disponibile.
Note negative: no finestre (apparte una poco utilizzabile) muri molto sottili e porta in vetro che separa camera e bagno che non dà molta privacy.
Situata in quartiere abbastanza tranquillo (fare attenzione la notte, come tutte le città).
