Nice ground-floor apartment (with terrace), fully furnished and renovated in 2015, in residence of standing "Clos du Savoy" (very quiet place). 200m from the town centre and 100m from the first lifts (Clos du Savoy).

Two double beds in bedroom and double sofa bed in living room.

Separate fully equipped kitchen, new in 2015 (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge...), lots of storage space.

Bathroom:
Large shower 1m20 x 80cm.
Washbasin in black stone.
Heated towel rail.
Washing machine (6Kg laundry) in the bathroom.

Separate WC with integrated washbasin.

Ski locker.
Private parking place in basement.

No smoking.
Pets not admitted (except on special agreement).
