I would have liked to put 6/5 so the owner is nice, helpful, attentive, accommodating (waited for the end of the half time of the match of the team of France before making the entry in the places !! !) ... but 6/5 this is not possible.
My only regret, not to stay longer to share a beer (Belgian course!) And talk about boat until the end of the night.

Negative: we were a little cramped, we were 4 with 2 children aged 9 and 12, rent more suitable for a couple alone or with a toddler but in summer time, we are anyway Always outside.
I recommend renting of course!

The terrace is very nice and very convenient to lay down bicycles and eat there.
The owner is really very friendly, took two hours of his time to stroll along the canals and icing on the cake in the open sea along the coast on his personal boat.

There were wonderful and relaxed 2 weeks ago - with dog!
The apartment is fully in the published images.
You may add it offers enough space to do the most important thing (to prepare breakfast, sleep, shower, etc.)
We liked the garden and the small terrace.
Super was the fact that the car can be parked right from the garden and is thus secured and did not have to be parked on the street!
The apartment is well secured with a
Electric gate, lockable gates and doors, and safe!
The location of the apartment is also ideally located! - Walk to "normal " beach is in about 5-10 minutes. Beach for dogs can also run - by car, it is much more comfortable and takes about 10-12 minutes!
In the city center - where many restaurants and bars are one runs Ca.
3-5 minutes. Trotzalllem the location of the apartment is very quiet and has no noise or constantly running past people !! the apartment is located ina one-way street - so that the road is not / hardly any traffic - except by the surrounding people living there! Simply optimal - one has its peace and but at the same time immediately in the middle of the city if you want.
The apartment has properly operating wireless, which we also very happy, because it firstly does not cost anything extra and saves the other additional charges such as roaming.
The apartment was clean on arrival and tidy - is seen as well in the pictures or everything was! There is also a super-functioning air conditioning - is not self-evident and we were very happy.
We liked that it worked so perfectly with renting - Mr. Omer replied immediately and was very flexible regarding the arrival and departure time.! This is also again a big praise! - This is not a matter of course nowadays!
We can all recommend this property, which also corresponds to the images here without hesitation!
It is all represented as it is also on site.

We enjoyed the garden with shrubs (citrus) and our little dog who has enjoyed.
We spent an enjoyable week in May and why not come back next summer.

Simple but comfortable accommodation. Planning sufficient for a vacation. Residential area.

- Cramped kitchen: 2 cooking hobs and no oven or dishwasher.
Enough for a couple, bound for a family with children to prepare complete meals.
