If I have to make remarks it is to prevent because we organize ourselves differently when we know it but it is not negative:
- it should just be specified that the bedroom is not closed because it is a studio with 2 double beds,
- that there is no car access at the bottom of the building to load the car, therefore reducing the number of bags and pooling,
- no wifi and very little 4G it allows you to disconnect on vacation...
- no predefined parking space but I found a space more or less next to it every day.

I am delighted that you liked our location and environment. As for the room, it is specified in the characteristics of the ad that it is open.
For car access, the public car park is less than 100m away and as specified in the announcement, it is possible to rent an optional private parking space at the bottom of the building. The non-free WIFI is also indicated in the additional information. It is possible to have it in the accommodation by paying the service. It is free on the street.

Je suis ravi que notre location et environnement vous ait plu. Pour ce qui est de la chambre il est précisé dans les caractéristiques de l'annonce qu'elle est ouverte.
Pour l'accès voiture le parking public est à moins de 100m et comme précisé dans l'annonce, il est possible de louer en option un emplacement privé au bas de l'immeuble. Le WIFI non gratuit est également indiqué dans les informations complémentaires. Il est possible de l'avoir dans le logement en payant la prestation. Il est gratuit dans la rue.
En espérant que cela n'a pas gâché votre séjour.

Correspondence with the owner very precise on the description and procedure of access to the private parking. Everything was impeccable, relations and cordial agreement with the owner, studio very well located for conveniences.

Beautiful city. Do not go shopping just down because very expensive.
We ate all our meals on the terrace, it was a treat with a beautiful view of the sea.
