The swimming pool is heated to guarantee a minimum of 27°C. Ideally located 3 min by car from the beaches, two magnificent golf courses and the centre of Biarritz with its shops and restaurants.
This cosy house of 170 m2, with 4 beautiful and large bedrooms for 8 to 12 people, will welcome you on its two floors. Secure and equipped for babies and children (staircase and swimming pool barriers, baby bed, highchair, changing table...).
On the ground floor, a beautiful entrance hall leads to a large bedroom on one side and a pleasant and fully equipped living room and kitchen on the other.
These two living spaces open onto the veranda dining room with its large plancha and barbecue.
The swimming pool, in the garden and in front of the veranda makes it easy to watch the children. It is equipped with an Aqua Premium alarm, in accordance with the new law, and a discreet but very secure fence. Lunches and long summer evenings are idyllic.
The garden is enclosed, with lawn and trees. Sheltered from the noise, you can enjoy relaxing naps on one of the deckchairs or perhaps you prefer the hammock... .
Upstairs, a large bathroom and a shower room serve the three bedrooms. Beautiful volumes, absolute calm and excellent quality bedding will ensure you a good night's sleep.
The house was renovated last year and the decoration is neat and exotic.
