Such a clean spacious modern apartment with lovely touches - we were so surprised.!
Huge terrace gives views down to the huge pool area and sea beyond. Quick walk over the hill to Cala Tarida beach too! The apartment had bat n ball and umbrellas etc which we used on the beach.
The bedroom is very small but is as shown on the pics - I wouldn’t recommend if you were tall!
The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there but may be worth noting the opening hours for your stay as your terrace is above it. During our stay we had no one either side but did have people above, which you can hear!
However these things didn’t spoil our stay and we would definitely return and recommend.

It was a very nice, clean, cozy apartment. A very large roof terrace. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Very nicely decorated in Ibiza style. Close to the beach. If there was something it was immediately solved by the concergie. Even a bottle of cava was delivered on my birthday. Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice apartment in Ibiza.
Het was een heel mooi, schoon, gezellig appartement. Een zeer groot dak terras.
Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het appartement. Zeer leuk ingericht in Ibiza style. Dichtbij het strand. Als er iets was werd het gelijk opgelost door de concergie.
Er werd zelfs een fles cava bezorgd op mijn verjaardag. Echt een top aanrader als je een leuk appartement zoekt in ibiza.

The Fabiola 20 apartment is small, but well equipped. It is located inside a residence, with a very nice pool and a nice restaurant. The environment is peaceful and relaxing. The beach of Cala Tarida can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. We had a mistake with the owner, who was not there, for the delivery of the linen, which was provided to us the day after we arrived. The owner, kind, apologized and promptly tried to remedy the problem. Overall, good accommodation.
L'appartamento Fabiola 20 è piccolo, ma ben equipaggiato. Si trova all'interno di un residence, con una piscina molto bella ed un ristorante carino. L'ambiente è tranquillo e rilassante.
La spiaggia di Cala Tarida è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti.
Abbiamo avuto un disguido con il proprietario, non presente sul posto, per la consegna della biancheria, che ci è stata fornita il giorno successivo al nostro arrivo. Il proprietario, gentile, si è scusato e si è adoperato prontamente per rimediare al problema.
Nel complesso, una buona sistemazione.
Apartment conforms to the description. We already knew the residence we appreciate. Clean pool, maintained, beautiful beach 5 min. The residence is quiet if not the new manager of the restaurant that puts music from 12h to late at night. The music is not loud at all but I sometimes preferred to hear the wind and cicadas ? than Bob Marley several times a week. Friendly contact with the owner.

La résidence est calme si ce n’est le nouveau gérant du restaurant qui met de la musique de 12h à tard dans la nuit.
La musique n’est pas forte du tout mais je préférais parfois entendre le vent et les cigales 🙂 que Bob Marley plusieurs fois par semaine.

The apartment was well maintained and clean. Its location slightly away from the center makes the stay an oasis of peace and serenity. The availability of Vicente and Manuela available for any advice or help is truly priceless, as was having a drink of wine together and chatting, of wonderful people. Strongly recommended to stay here. :-)

La sua posizione leggermente distante dal centro rende il soggiorno un oasi di pace e serenità.
La disponibilità di Vicente e Manuela a disposizione per qualsiasi consiglio o aiuto è veramente impagabile, come lo è stato bersi un bere di vino insieme e chiacchierare, delle persone meravigliose.

Very good value for money, it is not luxury but there is everything you need for a quiet stay, the view from the balcony on the sea is splendid (sunset)! Nice owner and very correct; everything went smoothly. Quiet residence and in one of the best corners of Ibiza.

Appartement well situate non loin of the plage of Cala Tarida et proche de la ville of San Antonio. Bel appartement spacieux, calme, bien agencé et très bien équipé! Nous avons pu profiter des piscines de la résidence très appréciables en cette période estivale très chaude. A recommander.

Very satisfied with this rental, clean and very well appointed apartment, matches the photos, everything was as we hoped if not better. The location is perfect, very close to everything you need, sea, pool, restaurants, pharmacy ... Cala Tarida is a true haven of peace.
