On the ground floor, the apartment has a living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king size bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The other bedroom has two single beds and a luxury en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Both bedrooms have private balconies and large fitted wardrobes.
The apartment also benefits from double glazing and air conditioning (supplement payable). The beautiful Carvoeiro’s beach is only a five minute walk, as well as a large selection of bars, shops and restaurants

Pinta and Gramacho golf courses are less than a 10-minute drive. Tennis courts can be hired at the nearby complex of Monte Dourado or Carvoeiro’s tennis club which is only 5 minute drive.
