The free advert allows you to test our holiday property rental service free of charge, without commitment! A trial advert has exactly the same features as a paying advert, except that its validity period is shorter (the actual duration of the validity period depends on the season and on the location of your property).
How many free adverts am I entitled to?
The number of free adverts is limited to one per user. You cannot register for several free adverts, either simultaneously or in succession.

The following persons are considered as one and the same user: - spouses (married or common-law) - members of the same family - users of the same computer - owners whose adverts are managed by the same person.
We strongly advise you to insert photos into your adverts. You can insert photos free of charge (see the Help section for further details). The use of the availability calendar is also strongly recommended.
When will my free advert be published?
The creation of an advert is a 4-step process. Your free holiday rental advert will be published immediately after the fourth step in the advert-creation process has been confirmed. At no time will you be asked to make a payment or make a commitment.
How long will my free advert be published?
The standard publication period for free trial adverts is 1 month. If your holiday property (and not your main residence) is located in one of the following countries, you will be entitled to a bonus, which will be added to the standard publication period. As such, owners of properties located in the UK and Ireland are entitled to 12 months free advertising (1 month + an 11-month country bonus). Click on the drop-down list to view the countries which carry a bonus.
What happens when my free trial advert expires?
Before the expiry date of your free trial advert, you will be sent an email notifying you that your advert will soon expire. If you wish to prolong the publication of your advert, simply log in to the Owner Section and place an order. If you do not prolong the publication of your advert, it will be withdrawn automatically on its expiry date.
How do I obtain a free advert?
First of all, you need to register so that your owner account can be created. Once registered, log in to the Owner Section then click on "Create an advert" in the menu on the left-hand side of the page. Finally, select "Free trial advert".
