AKENA Technologies does not pursue an aggressive sales policy towards owners (no follow up calls when adverts have expired). Owners can test our services for free and, of course, are free to leave us whenever they like. Owner satisfaction and loyalty are more important to us than sheer numbers.
Our services are governed by strict ethical principles: we never sell owners' or property rental customers' email addresses; we hold all personal information in the strictest confidence; we only use secure systems for online payments; we always check adverts which are reported to be inconsistent with the actual properties made available for rent; etc..
