Situated in a very quiet location, you will love this peaceful and authentic accommodation without overlooking neighbours.
You will enjoy a wide selection of outdoor activities such as swimming pool, table tennis and swing, ideal for families with Young children and teenagers, as well as the barbecue and garden table, extending the holiday into the garden.
In addition to activities on site, we will be happy to recommend other leisure activities nearby, such as horse riding, tennis, and an 18-hole golf course (new in 2015).
Easily accessible by main roads, and only 5 km from Castillon La Bataille train station, this ideal location also offers the proximity of the Castillon La Bataille town center and its shops as well as numerous tourist sites and world-famous French wine tours.
You will be able to visite Saint Emilion (10 mn drive away) and Bordeaux (45 mn drive to the west), UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and if you want to go a bit further (two-hour drive), you will find Arcachon and the ocean.

The house is excellent and equipped with everything a family could need: great rooms, good beds, satellite TV, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, a really complete set of furnishings, etc. - everything in very good condition.
The landlords are warm, very discreet and helpful.
The property with pool and many play facilities for the children is in a beautiful and quiet location. A perfect base to explore the beautiful surroundings.

We appreciated the calm of the hamlet, the charm of its old stones and its family history.
The house is old style but is quite functional with a large bathroom and very comfortable bedding. Special mention for the beds already made and the towels provided.
The exteriors are beautifully landscaped with all its varieties of trees, flowers and roses. It's very nice work and time spent.
10 min from Castillon for the shops and 10 min from our point of interest, it was perfect and we hope to come back in 1 year!

The owner's grandchildren are adorable and our grandchildren quickly adopted them.
The owners are very welcoming and discreet.
We spent 3 very pleasant weeks.
I recommend this rental.
A great discovery in the middle of the vineyards, the house very fresh, the swimming pool super well maintained, everything was well maintained ?
The house is well equipped, I would add a fan, especially during the hot weather, the swimming pool has to compensate?
I recommend this cottage for people who like calm and who want to discover pretty villages around as well as markets and visits and wine tastings ? Or just enjoy the swimming pool and read a book by the side of it.
Also, for those who travel with their 4-legged friend (like us) the house is tiled everywhere.
And there are plenty of walks to do around the house ? and the Dordogne to refresh our ?

The decor in the middle of the vines is sublime. The meals in the shade of this magnificent tree as well as swimming in the large swimming pool were for us a great moment of relaxation after the sporting events.

The interior is nice, 2 of the 3 rooms are very spacious. The bedding is comfortable.
The outside is really nice and well maintained. We are really at the heart of the vineyards!
Everyone enjoyed the pool and the ping-pong table. Coming from the Paris region, we greatly appreciated the calm and silence of the place.
Nadine, the owner, welcomed us very well. Although present on site, the owners were very discreet.
