Location was great - we had a great holiday helped by wonderful weather. View from the flat over the beach is wonderful.
Property needs a little attention: bunk bed very creaky - top bunk not really useable and sofa cover needs replacing. Surprising lack of many basic kitchen utensils.
I feel the advert should state that it is a second floor flat accessed only by a steep staircase.
We had a wonderful holiday in this very comfortable house, in excellent condition, ideally located to fully enjoy the Côte d'Opale, a stone's throw from Cap Gris-Nez.

Villa very well located, feet in the water. Comfort. The place is magnificent, the view splendid. Very good for children who can go swimming morning and afternoon.

Location tout à fait conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Nous recommandons +++ ce bien aux futurs locataires pour passer un excellent moment en famille à moins de 4 km de la plage.
Very nice house, bright, welcoming, with a splendid view of the sea from several rooms in the house. The weather was not really great but with the sauna and the jacuzzi, we were able to enjoy great family moments :-)
Très belle maison, lumineuse, accueillante, avec une vue splendide sur la mer depuis plusieurs pièces de la maison. Le temps n'était pas vraiment top mais avec le sauna et le jacuzzi, nous avons pu profiter de supers moments en famille :-)

Very pleasant and functional cottage, super equipped. Ideal location. The whole family, grandparents, children and grandchildren were enchanted by the place. It must be said that the weather was there from the beginning to the end of the stay. Mrs. L. and Mr. H. are very welcoming. Rental to recommend without moderation .... We will come back to it.
Gîte très agréable et fonctionnel, super équipé. Situation idéale. Toute la famille, grands-parents, enfants et petits enfants ont été enchantés par les lieux. Il faut dire que la météo a été de la partie du début à la fin du séjour.

In all respects as advertised Spacious villa perfectly suited to a large family or holidays with friends. Very well located and offering great pleasure for the eyes and for walks for hikers. We had a heavenly time... We highly recommend...

The house is spacious and bright, very well located, consistent with the description, very clean, particularly well equipped and is located at the foot of the magnificent walks to Cap Gris-Nez, and to Wissant and Cap Blanc Nez. The view is breathtaking. We spent a very pleasant week there with our children and grandchildren, 10 people in total. One wish: to go back!
La maison est spacieuse et lumineuse, très bien située, conforme à la description, très propre, particulièrement bien équipée et se situe au pied des magnifiques balades vers le Cap Gris-Nez, et vers Wissant et le Cap Blanc Nez.
